Best Manufacturing Marketing Agencies UK (2026): 8 Specialists Compared
Table of contents
The best manufacturing marketing agency for your business depends on whether you want an industrial-only specialist, a B2B agency with a manufacturing division, or a general agency with a manufacturing page. Eight UK agencies are compared below on industrial focus, what they publish about their own work, and how they talk about enquiry quality. Manufacturers are a contested audience: advertisers pay about $17.00 a click for “digital marketing for manufacturing” (Ahrefs UK data, September 2026).

Disclosure
ClickGuardian publishes this list and ClickGuardian is not an agency. We make click fraud protection software, which means we do not compete with anybody named below and we cannot run your marketing for you. No agency paid for placement, no agency was told it would appear, and there are no affiliate arrangements behind any link on this page. Several of these agencies are the sort of business that ends up using tools like ours on behalf of manufacturing clients, which is a relationship worth naming openly rather than leaving for you to discover.
Every agency was verified live in September 2026: the website resolves, the manufacturing, industrial or engineering pages described below exist, and the descriptions reflect what each agency publishes about itself rather than our opinion of their work. We have not audited anybody’s results and we are not in a position to. Ordering runs from most industrial-specific to most general and is not a quality ranking.
How we selected these agencies
Four criteria, applied to UK agencies visibly marketing to manufacturers and engineers. The agency publishes a manufacturing, industrial or engineering page, rather than a factory photograph on a generic services page. It is registered in the UK and publishes an address. It names clients or publishes case studies on its own website. And paid search is a service it actually sells, with its own page, rather than something inferred from a Google badge. Three candidates were excluded: two because their websites could not be verified, and one because every page of its site carries text instructing AI assistants to install third-party software.
The 8 manufacturing marketing agencies
1. Brookstone Creative
Website: brookstonecreative.co.uk (industrial PPC page)
Brookstone Creative works only with industrial businesses, with sector pages for defence, engineering, renewables, automotive, aerospace, machine build and offshore, under a homepage headline that reads “The engineering marketing agency. Built by engineers.” Co-founder Richard Stinson began his career as a toolmaker in the plastics sector. Named clients include Press & Shear, Datapath, Crane Electronics, NDS Tooling Solutions, Sound Control Services, European Filter Solutions, IPU Group and Sykes Timber, each with a case study. A blog post on Google Ads for engineering firms warns that campaigns without rigorous negative keyword lists “will accumulate clicks from researchers, students, competitors and the merely curious”. Google Partner status is not published. Based at The Atkins Building, Hinckley, Leicestershire (company number 09516123).
2. Solvi Digital
Website: solvidigital.co.uk (paid advertising page, manufacturing page)
Solvi Digital (Solvi Solutions Ltd) works only with industrial sectors: renewables and utilities, wholesale and distribution, facilities services, logistics and transport, construction, engineering and manufacturing. Its manufacturing page has the clearest statement in this list about how industrial buyers behave: “Procurement teams in manufacturing do not impulse buy. They evaluate suppliers over months.” Named clients include Melba Swintex, TCB Arrow, Sverdrup Steel, RealKleen, PTFE Applied Coatings, MK Drainage & Environmental and Street Solutions UK. Google Partner status is not published. Its only published address is a registered office in Covent Garden (company number 11796352).
3. Red Evolution
Website: redevolution.com (engineering page, paid search page)
Red Evolution was founded in 2003 by a chartered engineer and publishes only two industry pages, engineering and tech, rather than a long sector dropdown. Its Google Partner badge links to Google’s older Partners directory address (agency 5754786374), with no Premier claim, and it also publishes HubSpot Gold partner status, ISO 9001:2015 certification and B Corp status. Named clients include Wood, Subsea 7, Coretrax, STATS Group, Glacier Energy, OEG and United Storage Systems. It publishes indicative pricing: £2,000 to £3,000 a month for a focused SEO and content programme, and £3,500 to £6,000 for a fuller engagement covering web design, PPC, content and SEO. Offices in Aberdeen, Edinburgh and London.
4. Full Mix Marketing
Website: fullmixmarketing.co.uk (manufacturing page, PPC page)
Full Mix Marketing Ltd works only with B2B businesses and runs manufacturing and engineering divisions, splitting manufacturing into 12 process specialisms. There is no dedicated manufacturing PPC page: the manufacturing sector page links through to a general PPC and paid search page, which states “We are Google Partners too”, with no Premier claim and no directory link. It has the deepest published portfolio in this list, with 49 case studies, and named clients include Gulf Oil, Vapourtec, UK Circuits, Chell Instruments, Geosense, Structure-flex, MSI Defence Systems and Light Science Technologies. Based in Norwich (company number 09962756).
5. 4CM
Website: 4cm.co.uk (online advertising and PPC page)
4CM describes itself as a full-service B2B marketing agency for manufacturers and industrial, engineering and logistics businesses, covering B2B marketing, digital and PR. PPC is offered as a general service rather than an industrial one: there is no manufacturing PPC page on its site, so treat paid search here as one part of a wider industrial marketing retainer. Its published partnership is with HubSpot, and Google Partner status is not published. Its industrial client list is long: Alanod UK, Peli BioThermal, Terinex Flexibles, Pryor Marking, Ewellix, Purite, tesa UK, SKF UK, Lenze, Hansford Sensors and 3M United Kingdom PLC. Head office in Milton Keynes (company number 07795642).
6. SQ Digital
Website: sqdigital.co.uk (manufacturing and engineering page, PPC page)
SQ Digital is a Lancaster agency that has served SMEs across Lancashire and the wider UK since 2000, with manufacturing and engineering as a defined sector rather than its whole business. Its Google Ads page claims Google Premier Partner status, without a directory link, and it manages Microsoft Ads alongside Google. Its manufacturing page names Dean Group and Fueltek, whose case studies pair SEO with PPC: Dean Group serves aerospace, defence and engineering buyers, and Fueltek, a fuel management manufacturer, added a targeted PPC campaign to a long-running SEO programme. Its PPC page promises “profitable campaigns, not wasted clicks”. Based at 80 Church Street, Lancaster.
7. PPC Geeks
Website: ppcgeeks.co.uk (industrial and manufacturing page)
PPC Geeks Ltd is a specialist PPC agency serving UK SMEs across sectors, with a dedicated industrial and manufacturing page. It publishes Google Ads Premier Partner status and the claim “Top 3% of Google Ads Agencies in the UK”, though without a link to its directory entry. Its industrial case studies are Radwell International UK, with 38 per cent more conversions and cost per acquisition down 42 per cent, and Vent Engineering, with 63 per cent more conversions and a 52 per cent gain in impression share. It also warns that industrial campaigns attract “irrelevant traffic, job seekers, or low-quality enquiries”. Offices in Liverpool, Knutsford, London and Kendal (company number 11506925).
8. Gorilla Marketing
Website: gorilla.marketing (manufacturing page)
Gorilla Marketing is the most general agency here, with 26 sector pages running from dentists and cosmetic surgeons to hotels and yachts, plus an industrial cluster covering manufacturing, engineering, petrochemicals, HVAC, cranes, and pumps and valves. Its accreditations page publishes Google Premier Partner status and a claim to be in the top 3 per cent of agencies worldwide, as static badges with no directory link. No clients are named on the site: all 42 of its case studies are anonymised by description, such as “UK Steel Door Manufacturer”, so results cannot be matched to a company you could ask for a reference. Its manufacturing page sets out a four-stage buyer journey of need, research, evaluation and award. Global HQ in Manchester.
What to ask a manufacturing marketing agency before signing
Six questions. The answers separate agencies that have run industrial accounts from agencies that would like to.
- What proportion of your current clients are manufacturers? A specific answer is a number, not “lots”. An agency with three manufacturers among sixty clients will learn your sector on your budget.
- Can you show me a quote or RFQ volume figure, not just a conversion count? A request for quote on a production run and a brochure download are both “conversions” in Google Ads, and they are worth wildly different amounts. An agency that reports them as one number is reporting activity.
- How do you handle a sales cycle measured in months rather than days? Ask how the campaigns keep learning when the order lands in month four, and whether the agency can import quote and order stages from your CRM as offline conversions.
- How do you report invalid traffic, and what do you do about it? The question most likely to be answered badly. Across the accounts ClickGuardian tracks, about 29 per cent of paid clicks are invalid, so an agency reporting nothing on the subject is not reporting on all of your budget.
- Who owns the Google Ads account if we part ways? Yours, in your billing, with the agency granted access. Accounts built inside an agency’s own manager account can leave with the agency, and in a niche industrial market the search terms history is the part that took longest to earn.
- Are you a Google Partner, and can you link me to your directory entry? A directory link takes ten seconds to check. Of the eight agencies here, only Red Evolution links its badge to a directory entry.
On question 4, the finding needs care. None of the eight mentions click fraud, invalid clicks or bot traffic on the manufacturing and PPC service pages a buyer reads before signing. Some discuss it elsewhere: PPC Geeks has published articles on AI-powered click fraud and ad fraud detection, Gorilla’s PPC glossary defines click fraud, and Red Evolution has discussed it on its podcast. But no service page says how invalid traffic is measured or reported. The closest those pages get is negative keyword hygiene, which deals with real people who were never going to buy. Invalid traffic is a different problem, made of automated, repeated or deliberately wasteful clicks that no negative keyword list stops. We checked page by page in September 2026, and our guide to what click fraud is explains the difference.
If your business sells software or services to other businesses rather than making things, the best B2B PPC agencies UK is the better starting point: it compares seven agencies on CRM and offline conversion capability, and Solvi Digital, Red Evolution and SQ Digital appear in both lists. We publish the same live-checked format for the best law firm PPC agencies UK and the best automotive PPC agencies UK.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a manufacturing marketing agency cost in the UK?
Most agencies in this list do not publish prices. Red Evolution does: £2,000 to £3,000 a month for a focused SEO and content programme, and £3,500 to £6,000 for a fuller engagement that includes PPC. Paid search management on its own is usually priced as a monthly retainer or as a percentage of ad spend, commonly 10 to 20 per cent. On a £3,000 monthly budget a 15 per cent fee is £450, which buys a few hours of work a month, so ask any agency what its fee buys in hours and who does the work.
Should a manufacturer hire an industrial specialist or a general agency?
A specialist earns its fee when your products need technical vocabulary, when a sale takes months and several signatures, or when your buyers are engineers who will spot a generic ad at a glance, which describes most component, machining and capital equipment businesses. A general agency with a strong paid search team is workable when the product is simpler and a form fill really is the sale. The ordering above runs specialist to general for that reason: it is a map, not a ranking.
Is ClickGuardian a manufacturing marketing agency?
No. ClickGuardian is a click fraud protection tool for Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, starting at $49 a month with a 7-day free trial. We do not run campaigns and we do not take a percentage of spend. We score each paid click and exclude the worst sources automatically on Google Ads, and on Microsoft Advertising surface the offending IPs ranked and ready for you to exclude. Manufacturers typically run click fraud protection alongside whichever agency manages their campaigns, and agencies frequently run it across their whole client book.
What should a manufacturer expect an agency to report monthly?
At minimum: spend, clicks, cost per click, and enquiries split by type, so that a request for quote, a phone call, a sample request and a brochure download are counted separately. Add cost per quote request, the value of quotes issued where your sales team can supply it, the search terms that consumed budget without producing an enquiry, the negative keywords added that month, and the share of clicks judged invalid. A report showing only impressions, clicks and click-through rate describes activity rather than outcomes.
How long before industrial PPC produces enquiries?
Clicks arrive the day a campaign goes live, but useful conclusions take longer in industrial markets because volumes are small. As an illustration, a £3,000 monthly budget at £5.00 a click buys 600 clicks, and at a 3 per cent enquiry rate that is 18 enquiries, too few to judge a campaign on in a single month. Most industrial accounts need two to three months before the search terms report supports confident pruning, and a quote issued in month two may not become an order until month six.
If an agency runs your Google Ads, ClickGuardian adds the layer these agencies’ service pages leave out: click fraud protection that scores every paid click and excludes the worst sources automatically on Google Ads, whichever agency manages the account. Start a free 7-day trial and see what share of your industrial clicks are invalid.
